Celebrate Esomar’s 80th anniversary with someone special! With this offer, you can purchase one Congress 2027 ticket and bring a second person with you for free.

Who can use the offer?

The offer is available to eligible Esomar members and brand-side clients. The person purchasing the ticket must be the main ticket holder and must meet the relevant eligibility requirements.
The second person does not need to be an Esomar member.

How does it work?

For eligible Esomar members, purchase your Congress 2027 ticket for €1,500.
For eligible brand-side clients, purchase your Congress 2027 ticket for €500.

Full payment must be made by 18 October 2026. Once your payment has been received, we will send you a unique promo code linked to your Esomar account.

You can then use this code to register one additional person for Congress 2027 at no extra cost.

Please note: this is not two tickets for €750 each. The offer is one paid ticket plus one complimentary ticket.

• The offer is based on buying one ticket at full price to receive another ticket for free.
• If you cancel only the paid ticket and keep the free ticket, the promotion no longer applies.
• In this case, you will be charged the full price of the ticket you keep. Any remaining balance will not be refunded but can be kept as credit towards a future Esomar event or membership renewal, in line with the usual Esomar Congress cancellation and registration terms.
• If you cancel both tickets, the standard Esomar Congress cancellation and registration terms will apply. Any applicable balance will not be refunded but can be kept as credit towards a future Esomar event or membership renewal.
• If you cancel only the free ticket, no refund or credit applies to that ticket.

When is the offer available?

The offer is available until midnight on 1 October 2026. Payment must be completed by midnight on 17 October 2026.

A few important things to know

Your paid ticket is linked to you and cannot be transferred to someone else or changed to another ticket holder. The complimentary ticket can only be used for Esomar Congress 2027 in Montréal. The promo code cannot be used for another Esomar event or exchanged for another type of ticket or benefit. There will be one invoice, issued to the person who purchases the main ticket. We cannot split the invoice between the two attendees or issue separate invoices.

If you decide not to bring someone, or your guest can no longer attend, the complimentary ticket cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or a refund.

Likewise, if you cannot attend Congress, no partial refund will be given in exchange for the complimentary ticket.

For our brand-side clients

This offer is also available to eligible brand-side clients.
You can purchase your Congress ticket for €500 and bring one additional person with you free of charge.
The same terms and conditions apply.
